Before filling the Application form you must have the following documents ready.

  1. Scanned copy of colored passport size photo (3.5 x 4.5 cm) and signature (3.5 x 1.5 cm) in JPG/JPEG format only. The file size of scanned photo should be less than 100KB and signature less than 50KB.
  2. Your Email address & Mobile number
  3. Online Banking details/Debit Card/Credit Card.

درخواست فارم بھرنے سے پہلے مندرجہ ذیل ہدایات پڑھیں:

  1. پاسپورٹ سائز رنگین تصویر کی اسکین کاپی(size 3.5x4.5 cm) اور دستخط کی کاپی(size 3.5x1.5 cm) ۔ تصویر کی فائل کا سائز 100 KBسے کم اور دستخط کی فائل کا سائز 50KBسے کم ہونا چاہیے
  2. آپ کا ای میل ایڈریس اور موبائل نمبر.
  3. آن لائن بینکنگ کی تفصیلات / ڈیبٹ کارڈ / کریڈٹ کارڈ.
