Instructions

Read following instruction carefully before filling up registration form:

  1. Please note that this Portal is Only for Document Verification.
  2. Brief details of important field on form.
    • Agency / Organisation Name
    • (Agency or Orgnisation name in block letters clearly spelled out)
    • Email id & Mobile No
    • (Email Address in small letters and a valid mobile number of contact person)
    • Agency / Organisation Type
    • (agency and organisation type select carefully, based on the type of organisation verification fees will be charged i.e. ₹300/- for Govt. And ₹600/- for Non-Govt. )
      Note : In case of incorrect selection as Govt. type your request for verification will be canceled and will not be processed until full amount of ₹600/- for Non-Govt is paid. (at the time of canceling request, ₹300/- will be refunded to your respective payment mode which shall reflect in your bank in 7-10 working days.)
    • Contact Person Name
    • (Person name in block letters clearly spelled out)
    • Enrollment and RollNumber
    • (If RollNumber is not printed on document then type Enrollment in the field of RollNumber)
    • Credit card, Net banking or ATM-cum-Debit card
    • (For online payment you can use the these method)
  3. While registering, provide your correct and functional Email and Mobile Number. All future communication (including email id and password) will only be sent only to this email and mobile number.
  4. Once the registration form is successfully submitted, an email will be sent to the registered email id containing your Username, and Password.
  5. Click the verify link provided in the email to verify your Email Account.
  6. Once the email is successfully verified you may login to the Document Verification Portal using your email id and password.
  7. Please fill your form carefully and review it before final submission.
